We hope you love your Heidi Klein purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. All products should be returned in resalable condition: new, unworn, and with all hygiene and garment tags attached. Accessories should be returned with all the original packaging.
Please note that due to low availability, we cannot offer exchanges on sale items. These can only be returned for a refund.

Step 1: Register your return online
Log into our Returns Portal using your 5-digit order number (without the ‘#’) and the email address used at checkout. For example, if your order is #01234, enter 01234.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown.
Step 2: Choose your return option
You can select from convenient return methods, including drop-off at Royal Mail locations or self postage.
Step 3: Send your parcel
You will receive a confirmation email with full instructions. Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point, or await collection if selected.
Important information:
- Return fee: A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Proof of postage: Always retain until your refund is confirmed.
- Refund timeline: Refunds may take up to 10 working days from receipt of your parcel.

RETURNS TIMELINE
After Heidi Klein receives your return, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a notification email once your return is received and a refund is processed to the original payment method.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges only apply to to orders placed within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide exchanges for international purchases, including size changes, and a new order will have to be placed.
Exchanging your Heidi Klein purchase is simple and complimentary via our Returns Portal. You can exchange an item for:
- A different size
- A different item
Simply log into the portal using your 5-digit order number and the email address used at checkout. Select the item you wish to exchange and choose your preferred size or replacement item from the available options.
You will then receive your exchange confirmation and instructions for sending your original item back.
Please note: Exchanges are completely free. Availability is subject to stock, and sale items are not eligible for exchange and can only be returned for a refund.
IS THERE AN EXCHANGE FEE?
No - all exchanges through the Returns Portal are completely free. Standard return fees may apply for self-posted returns outside the UK.
HOW LONG DO EXCHANGES TAKE?
Once your original item is received, exchanges are processed promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times for your replacement item depend on your location and stock availability.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ITEM?
Please contact Customer Care to cancel your order and we will do our very best to cancel it. Cancellation is not guaranteed, as your order may already be processing in our warehouse.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be exchanged, but you may return them for a refund within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, in resalable condition, with tags attached.
