Use of the site

We reserve the right to suspend the Site at any time with immediate effect for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Returns

We offer a 14-day returns period for all items purchased at heidiklein.com. We calculate this from the date your order was dispatched.

Returns postage is paid for by you at standard rate.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Under Consumer Contract Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days from the day they receive their goods. They then have a further 14 days from the date they notify a retailer of the cancellation to return the goods.

Product information

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. UK prices are inclusive of VAT (as applicable).

Goods are subject to availability. Prices and availability of stock are subject to change without notice. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our online store but there may be colour differences between goods as viewed on the site and their actual colours.

From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on the website) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores. Some promotions may not be available to customers in particular locations.

Our warranty policy is applicable to all products bought online, in store and through our accredited vendors within one year from the date of purchase providing a valid proof of purchase.

Heidi Klein Gift vouchers

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions contain the full set of conditions governing the purchase, issue, redemption and use of your heidi klein Gift Voucher. Any recipient of the Gift Voucher should be directed to these Terms and Conditions to ensure that they are appropriately informed before they make use of their Gift Voucher.

  • A heidi klein Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase another heidi klein Gift Voucher
  • A heidi klein Instore Gift Voucher is redeemable in full or part payment for goods sold in heidi klein Chelsea and Westbourne Grove stores only
  • A heidi klein printed Instore Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed via telephone or online orders
  • A heidi klein Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a Mystic Spray Tan
  • When you use a heidi klein Gift Voucher, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Voucher. If your purchase totals to less than the value of the Gift Voucher, any balance will be left as credit on a new Gift Voucher to spend in the future. Change will not be given.
  • The balance on this heidi klein Gift Voucher may be used until either the balance is fully depleted or the heidi klein Gift Voucher expires (whichever occurs sooner)
  • A heidi klien Gift Voucher will be valid for 12 consecutive months from date of purchase. The value of any unused balance on the Gift Voucher after the date of expiry will be forfeited and will not be refunded, credited or transferred to any replacement or new Gift Voucher. It is your responsibility to ensure the value placed on the Gift Voucher is redeemed within that time frame
  • You may only redeem your heidi klein Gift Voucher in Great British pounds sterling
  • heidi klein only offers gift vouchers in the following values Instore: £50, £100, £150, £200, £250, £300, £350 and £500
  • A heidi klein Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
  • Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a heidi klein Gift Voucher
  • A heidi klein Gift Voucher is like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced.
  • All refunds of goods purchased with a heidi klein Gift Voucher will be made in accordance with heidi klein refund policy
  • heidi klein will cancel the value of a heidi klein Gift Voucher if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the Gift Voucher. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of credit card is suspected
  • When using a heidi klein Gift Voucher, the balance will be displayed on the receipt.
  • heidi klein reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so

Monogramming & Personalisation

Thank you for choosing to have your item personalised with heidi klein.

  1. heidi klein will not offer any refunds or exchanges on any purchases with personalised embroidery.
  2. heidi klein will not provide you with any compensation in respect of a customised item with which you are not satisfied with.
  3. It is your responsibility to let heidi klein know your customisation requirements for your monogramming.
  4. Prior to asking heidi klein to commence the customisation, kindly ensure that you are entirely satisfied that heidi klein understands your instructions.
  5. By asking heidi klein to commence the customisation of the item you have provided, you agree to be bound by the terms of this notice. Please note that this will not affect your legal rights. Advice about your legal rights is available at your local Citizen's Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
  6. Your personalized item will be delivered to you by up to 10 working days, this may vary during busy Christmas period.
