Returns UK mainland and Northern Ireland

To start your return for parcels delivered within UK mainland and Northern Ireland, you will need either the email address used for purchase or your delivery post code, and your order number.

This is the 5-digit number, that can be found in your confirmation email.

e.g. For “Order #01234 confirmed”, enter 01234 in the order number section, without #.

Returns UK non-mainland and International

To start your return for parcels delivered internationally and all other UK locations (including Jersey, Guernsey, and the Channel Islands), you will need the email address used for purchase and your order number. 

This is the 6-digit number, including the # found in your confirmation email or the order reference from your despatch note.

e.g. For “Order #12345 confirmed”, enter #12345 in the order ID section.

Returns Policy

Our return policy for all items on our site is of 14 days from the day of receipt of your parcel. Items should be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed, with their original packaging and all tags attached. Sunglasses should be returned in their cases with the cleaning cloth.

Returns are charged at the cost of £5 when using the portal for all returns delivered to UK mainland or Northern Ireland.

When returning from all other UK locations (non-mainland) and Internationally, the cost of return will vary depending on the location and will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

Any return without request and received outside of our return policy, will be accepted solely at the discretion of our Customer Care team, and may only be credited in the form of a gift card. This gift card will be redeemable online only, for a specific duration which can be up to 12 months.

Please allow additional processing time for returns during any promotional period.

After Heidi Klein receives your return, it may take up to 15 business days for it to be processed and your refund to be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.
